I didn’t have a wooden bamboo mat (sushi sudare) so I made these using saran wrap:

Baby bok choy guisado

A modification of repollo guisado.

Strawberry banana

Poqui-poqui (sauteed grilled aubergine) with parmesan

Avocado milkshake

Iceberg salad + baked chicken strips + garlic croutons + boiled eggs + olives + Italian dressing
